Shakespeare faces inquiry

Owner Dean Shakespeare will face the disciplinary panel of the Jockey Club tomorrow charged with attempting to mislead an official.

In a hearing starting at 10am, the disciplinary panel will consider whether Shakespeare tried to mislead a Jockey Club officer by deliberately tampering with and altering information on his mobile phone bill before disclosing the information.
