War lifts Clonmel prize

War Of Attrition ran out a convincing winner of the Clonmel Oil Chase under Conor O’Dwyer.

Mouse Morris’ charge was sent off the 1-2 favourite in the Grade Two contest after the six-year-old lowered the colours of Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Kicking King last month.
