Irish bookies suffer second reversal against BHB

Irish bookmakers who are taking action against the British Horseracing Board suffered their second reversal in Dublin’s Commercial Court in the last seven days.

Justice Peter Kelly has refused to hear their application for future payments to BHB to be made into a holding, escrow account rather than direct to the BHB.
