Royston Ffrench and Brian Ellison will have their appeals heard by the disciplinary panel of the Jockey Club tomorrow following penalties imposed over the performance of Everest.

Ffrench was suspended from riding for 14 days under the "non-trier" rule following the running of the toteplacepot Handicap Stakes at Ripon on June 11.

Ellison was fined under the rule that deals with a trainer’s instructions to his jockey. Everest was suspended from running for 40 days.
