Racing goes ahead at Leopardstown
This afternoon’s meeting at Leopardstown, which features the AIG Europe Champion Hurdle at 2.45, will go ahead after passing a 7.30am inspection.
Cliff Noone, the Turf Club’s press officer, said: “Leopardstown goes ahead following the precautionary inspection and the going is heavy on both courses.
“We called the inspection because we’d had a lot of rain and there was the threat of frost. But we only had a marginal frost overnight so we are okay.”
