Timmy Murphy has had his seven-day ban for improper riding reduced to just one day after an appeal hearing at the Jockey Club today.

Timmy Murphy has had his seven-day ban for improper riding reduced to just one day after an appeal hearing at the Jockey Club today.

The decision to cut Murphy’s ban means he will now be available to ride Therealbandit in the Stan James King George VI Chase at Kempton on St Stephen's Day.
