Mick Channon’s Majestic Desert has swerved another encounter with the unbeaten Attraction and will instead line up for the feature event at Leopardstown tomorrow evening.

The daughter of Fraam has been beaten three times by the dual Guineas winner and was due to meet her again in the UAE Equestrian And Racing Federation Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket next Tuesday.

However, connections have opted to run her in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Brownstown Stakes, where she faces seven rivals.

Majestic Desert’s best run against Attraction came last time out when she finished runner-up to her in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot, and she drops in class for tomorrow’s Group Three contest.

The home party is headed by Jim Bolger’s Tropical Lady, who goes into the seven-furlong contest unbeaten in her last three starts, but she has yet to tackle Group company.

Recent maiden winner Dangle and stablemate Red Feather both represent Edward Lynam, while Ballydoyle handler Aidan O’Brien is double-handed with Royal Tigress and Follow.

Dermot Weld’s Summer Sunset and Harry Rogers’ Dixie Evans, who both finished well beaten in a Curragh handicap last weekend, complete the field.
