Hughes hoping for Chester comeback

Richard Hughes hopes to be back in the saddle by the middle of next week to allow him to ride at Chester’s May meeting, which gets underway on Wednesday.

The jockey had expected to be out of action for three weeks after puncturing a lung when falling in the Tiger Best Bitter Handicap at Leicester last Saturday.
