Timmy Murphy made his first visit to Carlisle a winning one when he partnered Malek to victory at the Cumbrian track on Monday.

The Mary Reveley-trained Malek got the better of stable companion High Cotton by three lengths in the Carlisle Conference Group And Waverley Vintners Handicap Chase.
