Beef Or Salmon looks set to have his next outing in the John Durkan Memorial Chase at Punchestown on Sunday week.
Michael Houriganās young star was third on his reappearance behind Edredon Bleu at Clonmel eight days ago, although he looked the likely winner approaching the final fence, only to make a bad blunder.
āBeef Or Salmon has come out of his Clonmel race in good shape and itās most likely that heāll run next in the Punchestown race,ā the trainer told the Racing Post.
The Grade One contest promises to be a hot affair with the likes of Gold Cup runner-up Truckers Tavern and Tiutchev already confirmed as on target for Ireland.
