Kinane new stable jockey to Oxx

Michael Kinane, whose hugely-successful five-year partnership with Aidan O’Brien comes to an end today, will ride as stable jockey to John Oxx next season.

Kinane, 44, who will be crowned Irish champion for the 13th time at Leopardstown this afternoon, will take over from Johnny Murtagh as first rider to the Curragh handler.
