Riders benefit from Hughes's absence

Keith Dalgleish and Paul Hanagan profited from Richard Hughes’s absence at Hamilton to ride their first winners for Barry Hills.

Hughes had planned to make his first visit to the course for 10 years, but he had encountered problems with his flight arrangements and had to give the Scottish meeting a miss.
