Leadership is set to join the blue brigade at Royal Ascot after making a successful start to his career under the Godolphin banner at Windsor.

The four-year-old, trained last season by Michael Stoute for Khalid Abdullah, was odds-on for the Listed Gala Casinos Berkshire Stakes and, ridden by Jamie Spencer, enjoyed a comfortable length and three-quarters success from Potemkin.
