Bellamy and Ice Dancer left in French Leger

Black Sam Bellamy, winner of a Group One race in Italy last weekend, is one of 15 acceptors left in the French St Leger at Longchamp on Sunday.

Trainer Aidan O’Brien also has Ice Dancer left in the French Group one contest.

Other acceptors in the Prix Royal Oak are Boreas (Luca Cumani), Love Everlasting (Mark Johnston), Mr Dinos (Paul Cole), Lady’s Secret (Barry Hills) and Sulk (John Gosden).

The domestic acceptors are Tajoun, Tiger Groom, Califet, Cut Quartz, Terrazzo, Clety, Morozov and Bernimixa.

Califet ran the race of his life to be fourth to Marienbard in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Lucien Barriere.
