Miss Fara wins Tote Cesarewitch

Miss Fara and Ryan Moore got up right on the line to deny Ireland's Direct Bearing for a thrilling victory in the Tote Cesarewitch.

Pat Smullen's mount hit the front with two furlongs to run going well but Moore was beginning to wind up his mount.

She responded in tremendously game fashion to reel in her rival as the post neared and poked her head in front just where it mattered.

It gave trainer Martin Pipe his second 'Ces' in the last three years.
