The three-year-old daughter of Kodiac failed to win last season, but was a brilliant juvenile for Richard Hannon and ended up winning the Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket last autumn.

Tiggy Wiggy was knocked down on behalf of Coolmore to MV Magnier, who said: “She was a great race filly, and she will got to Galileo.

“She is a lovely mare and the Hannons have done a very good job with her.”

Last season’s surprise Oaks heroine Qualify was bought by Sheikh Mohammed’s bloodstock advisor John Ferguson for 1.6 million guineas.

The daughter of Fastnet Rock was a shock 50-1 winner of the Epsom Classic but raced just once more for Aidan O’Brien, when sixth in the Irish Derby.

“It is always lovely to have an Oaks winner,” said Ferguson.

“She is a lovely, scopey mare who was a very good racehorse and her Oaks-winning day was extraordinary.

“I have one or two ideas as to covering plans, but the boss will decide.”
