A flat maiden gets racing underway this afternoon at Listowel, and Expreso Brasileiro can get punters off to a flyer by landing the spoils for the in-form stable of Willie McCreery.

The son of Lope De Vega ran well in three maidens before starting life in handicaps off a mark of 68. On that occasion, at Roscommon, he was very badly drawn and his rider had little choice but to restrain him early, and take him across to the rails.

He travelled very strongly throughout but had no luck whatsoever, and finished full of running, just five lengths behind winner Zakhrafa.
