Classy Final Figaro can make it third time lucky at Galway

Final Figaro, who contests the bumper, looks the best bet on today’s card at Galway.

The Dermot Weld-trained five-year-old was runner-up to Space Cadet at Leopardstown back in December, and followed it up with another cracking effort, when just touched off by the highly regarded Champers On Ice at the Punchestown festival.

He lost little in defeat on the latter occasion, sets a very high standard, and it’ll be surprising if he doesn’t make it third time lucky.
