Dramatic success for Muck ‘N’ Brass

Muck ‘N’ Brass completed doubles for Eddie Lynam and Wayne Lordan when landing yesterday’s finale at Dundalk, the featured Irish Stallion Farms August Handicap, in dramatic style.

Back to the scene of his bizarre exit from a mile handicap last month, when swerving, colliding with the rail and unseating his rider, Muck ‘N’ Brass appeared in command yesterday until ducking right close home and almost throwing away the handsome pot of €29,250.

But, luckily for Lynam, Lordan and supporters of the 14/1 shot, Muck ‘N’ Brass held on by a head from Sindjara, with his stable-companion Iron Major third.
