Muck ‘N’ Brass completed doubles for Eddie Lynam and Wayne Lordan when landing yesterday’s finale at Dundalk, the featured Irish Stallion Farms August Handicap, in dramatic style.

The Aidan O’Brien-trained Mars is as low as 10/1 favourite (with Boylesports) for the 2013 Investec Derby in Epsom following his convincing debut success in Dundalk yesterday, second leg of a two-year-old double for Aidan and Joseph O’Brien.

DOUBLES for champion jockey Johnny Murtagh and Niall McCullagh, along with trainer Eddie Lynam, proved the highlights of Dundalk’s first meeting of 2012 last night.
