Rising Time can lead her rivals a merry dance

Rising Time is fancied to lead her rivals a merry dance in the Poolcourt Ltd Mares’ Beginners’ Chase at Wexford this afternoon.

Paul Nolan’s charge was a costly failure at Tipperary last Sunday when beaten eight lengths into second by 33-1 shot Raise The Goblet.

On the face of it that was a disappointing effort, but the selection is a top-of-the-ground performer and was always going to prove vulnerable in the testing conditions which prevailed then.
