Hurdle drama as Rama is all but ruled out

GUINNESS Galway Hurdle favourite King Rama is likely to miss the big race through injury.

John Kiely’s seven-year-old returned from a promising run on the Flat last week with pulled muscles and is unlikely to recover in time.

Kiely’s wife Marion said: “It’s very unlikely he’ll run, not unless there is a miraculous recovery.
