Stubbs Art set for another crack at Henrythenavigator

STUBBS Art will bid to make it third time lucky when he seeks to overturn two Classic defeats by Henrythenavigator in the St James’s Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot today.

The David Elsworth trained colt has taken minor honours in third behind Aidan O’Brien’s charge and subsequent Derby hero New Approach in the English and Irish 2000 Guineas, but that has not put connections off a rematch.

“We’ve got it all to do to beat Henrythenavigator because he’s got his ground now,” said Jimmy Lindley, racing manager to owner Matthew Green.
