Spirit set to strike
By the very promising stallion Invincible Spirit, the selection made a good start when beaten three parts of a length and the same into third behind Deal Breaker and Shivering at Tipperary in August.
She did even better in a Listed race at the Curragh next time, going under by two necks to Forthefirstime and Longing To Dance over six furlongs.
Dropping down to the minimum trip now should not worry her. She seems to possess plenty of speed and, of course, her sire was a high-class sprinter.
Once-raced Crystal Swan should rate a solid wager in the Hamilton Architects' Fillies Maiden over seven furlongs.
David Wachman's daughter of Dalakhani is down in class, following her debut run at Leopardstown earlier in the month. She was noted staying on quite nicely when third to Dermot Weld's runaway winner, well-regarded Chinese White, and John Oxx's newcomer, Carbonia.
Declan Gillespie hasn't had the best of campaigns, but his fortunes could take a turn for the better with Precipice in the moderate Sisk Scotch Hall Auction Maiden.
This filly, second three times in-a-row, was returning from a little break when finishing in mid-field behind Lush Lashes in the Goffs' Fillies Million at the Curragh.
De La Grandera, fourth in the handicap won by Orpailleur at the Curragh, has been largely disappointing, but should be up to landing the Hamilton Architects' Claiming Race.
