Dandy Man team looking to the skies

TRACEY COLLINS is praying the ground dries out for Dandy Man in the Darley July Cup at Newmarket.

The four-year-old was runner-up to Australian ace Miss Andretti in the King’s Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot from what proved a bad draw, and the Curragh trainer is keen to run in the Group One over six furlongs as long as the going is suitable.

“We want to run, it’s wet over there, but we’d be hopeful of running. It can’t rain forever,” said Collins.
