Galilean on the upgrade

GALILEAN, stepping up to a mile and a half for the first time, gets the nap to land the Tipperary Races Support Munster Maiden at Tipperary this evening.

Galilean on the upgrade

He has run just twice, showing significant improvement on his second spin. The son of dual Derby winner, Galileo, finished fifth behind Talenti at Naas, eight lengths adrift of runner-up, Magicalmysterytour.

The pair clashed subsequently at the Curragh when Magicalymysterytour was beaten a short head by Rockall Blizzard. Galilean took third then and was just a length and a half behind Magicalmysterytour.
