Novice stars out in force for Tolworth Hurdle showdown

WILD PASSION arrived safely at Sandown yesterday from Noel Meade's yard in Co Meath and is all set for his big head-to-head with Marcel in the ladbrokes.com Tolworth Hurdle at the Esher track tomorrow.

And Astronomic is set to join him in what is shaping up to be an exciting renewal of the Grade One contest.

The latter lowered Marcel’s colours in a Listed event at Haydock Park last month when he beat Martin Pipe’s prolific winner by a length and three-quarters.
