BEEF OR SALMON is set to feast at the Cheltenham Gold Cup table, following his spectacular success in Saturday’s Ericsson ’Chase at Leopardstown.

Speaking at Limerick yesterday, trainer, Michael Hourigan, said: “I have just two races in mind for my horse, the Hennessy at Leopardstown and the Gold Cup.”

Considering it was only his third outing over fences, Beef Or Salmon’s latest performance was quite extraordinary.
