Star Storm should get back on winning trail
The Francis Flood trained nine-year-old ruined his chance of following up on his previous Tramore win when trying to go through the last two fence at the Waterford venue. However, he still managed to finish third, beaten eight a half lengths by Connemara Mist and Clawick Connection.
No Problem hasn’t won since March 2000 but has shown consistent form prior to pulling up in the Thyestes Chase at Gowran and a bigger danger to the selection could be Francoskid, who has won two of his last three races, at Down Royal and Musselborough..
Leadamurraydance, a three lengths second to Mystic Lord at Fairyhouse last month, can go one better in the Ballygowan Kitchens Beginners Chase where she may have most to fear from Shes Sharp, while it is hard to oppose the Paul Nolan trained Master Billy in the Bumper. The five year old finished a four lengths second to favourite Mr Babbage at Clonmel last time out and a slight improvement on that form should see him home in front this time.
