What can we expect from the Italians?

In April 1997, Irish bowlers got their first close-up look at Italian bowling near Pesaro on the Adriatic coast. So little was known about Italian bowling here before then. It was educational in ways not fully anticipated. The first thing that struck the Irish was the Italian way of engaging with bowling, it was so like in Ireland.
