It started with Jordan.

When Tony Hehir and Michelle Aspell founded Limerick Celtics back in 2009, it wasn’t to win national leagues like they had as an all-conquering coach-player husband-wife tandem with UL. Or to become one of the strongest underage boys and girls programme in the country. Or to have four teams playing in the Cup semi-finals like they have in Cork this weekend.
