There are winners and there are losers. Two distinct lines, they have rarely been harder to separate than in this magnificent statement of a building where Jack Woolly’s day consisted of two lost fights, almost eight hours of uncertainty, and a whole lot of perspective.

The Irishman had lost his first 58kg contest 2-0 on rounds to Gashim Magomedov of Azerbaijan just after noon on Wednesday.
