Update 4.10pm: A Monaghan kidney transplant woman Michelle Reinhardt McCabe won her second gold medal on the last day of the World Transplant Games today in Malaga.

Michelle, from Smithboro, took first place in the Long Jump event with a distance of 3.83. Brazil came second and Germany was third.
