Channel 4 widely praised for this stunning ad for the Rio Paralympics Games

Just awesome.

"Yes I can."

That is the chorus of the song playing during Channel 4’s phenomenal ad for this summer’s Paralympic Games.

The title of the track is “We're The Superhumans”, and this ad proves beyond all doubt that this is true of the athletes who will represent their countries at Rio 2016.

Viewers have been blown away by the incredible athleticism of the participants as they play their sports, but equally with the grace, dignity and joy with which they live their daily lives.

Their disabilities are worked around with ingenuity and determination. When faced with any suggestion that something is beyond them there is only one response: “Yes I can.”

The superb soundtrack is available to download at wearethesuperhumans.com from Saturday July 16, with all profits going to the British Paralympic Association.

The song is performed by a group of “sixteen musicians from all around the globe and cast through extensive online research the track encapsulate the superhuman spirit.”
