Lance Armstrong’s former team-mate Tyler Hamilton believes the disgraced cyclist is “not 100 per cent” sorry.

After years of denials, Armstrong used a television interview with Oprah Winfrey to admit to doping during all seven of his Tour de France victories. He has been stripped of all results from August 1, 1998 and banned from sport for life.
