Murray up to second in tennis rankings

Andy Murray has moved up to number two in the world tennis rankings, making him the highest-ranked Briton in the history of the sport.

The 22-year-old has leap-frogged Rafael Nadal after his victory at the Montreal Masters in Canada over the weekend.
