Injury forces Murray out of Davis Cup tie

Andy Murray has withdrawn from Great Britain’s Davis Cup tie against Ukraine after failing to shake off a virus that ended his run at last week’s Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships.

The British number one and world number four was due to meet France’s Richard Gasquet in the quarter-finals of the Dubai tournament but pulled out shortly before taking the court.
