Federer, Roddick and Djokovic advance

Novak Djokovic joined four-time defending champion Roger Federer in the fourth round of the US Open with victory over Marin Cilic at Flushing Meadows.

Federer cruised thorough with a 6-3 6-3 6-2 victory over Czech Radek Stepanek on Sunday and the second seed was joined in the round of 16 by 2003 winner Andy Roddick, who moved on with a 6-2 7-5 7-6 (7/4) victory over Italian Andreas Seppi.
