Ireland's entry in to next year's Volvo Ocean Race is making a brief stopover in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin today.

The multi-million euro yacht Green Dragon is in the final stages of its preparations for the gruelling two year race around the world, which will be watched by 1.2 billion people.

It is the last time the Green Dragon will be in Ireland before it returns to Galway next summer for the Irish leg of the race.
