Tour de France: Parreiro in yellow but Landis poised to take control

Oscar Parreiro leads heading into the second last day of this year's Tour De France.

Matteo Tosatto claimed his first stage win yesterday ahead of Cristian Moreni and Ronny Scholz in a close finish.

Carlos Sastre and Floyd Landis are second and third overall after finishing in the peleton on Stage 18.

Today's time-trial will effectively decide the winner with Landis in a good position to take control after a spectacular ride on Thursday to win Stage 17.
