Russian quartet hit form

Russians dominated the women’s draw on day five at the Australian Open with four progressing to the last 16.

Fourth seed Maria Sharapova was barely tested as she beat Croatian Jelena Kostanic, breaking in the second game and never looking back on her way to a 6-0 6-1 win.
