Stage seven of the Tour de France gets underway later today, with the riders facing a 229km trek from Luneville to Karlsruhe.

Lorenzo Bernucci won yesterday's sixth stage, but six-times champion Lance Armstrong retains an overall lead of 55 seconds over team-mate George Hincapie.
