The riders in the FBD Milk Ras are facing a 173km fourth-stage trip from Ballina to Letterkenny today.

Ireland's Ciaran Power won yesterday's third stage from Clifden to Ballina.

His compatriot, Tommy Evans, still leads the race by four seconds from Denmark's Ari Hojgaard.
