Scanlon trails in France

Mark Scanlon continued his early-season build-up, finishing 67th at the end of a tough edition of the Tour du Haut Var in Draguignan, France.

The 181 kilometre race was won by the in-form Belgian Philippe Gilbert, who outsprinted Ruggero Marzoli and Cédric Vasseur to the line.

Ag2R Prévoyance rider Scanlon finished 7 minutes and 37 seconds down.
