Lauren Walsh finished in a tie for second place with Sara Byrne finishing tied for fifth at the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open at Golfpark Holzhausern.
Walsh finished on eight under par alongside Switzerland's Chiara Tamburlini and Sweden's Kajsa Arwefjall. Byrne completed a final-round 67 to share fifth spot with England’s Amy Taylor.
England's Alice Hewson retained her title after a final-round 67 saw her finish five shots clear of the field.
The 28-year-old held a two-shot lead going into the third day and never looked in danger of being overhauled as she secured her third Ladies European Tour title.
Hewson made five birdies, including three in a row on the final three holes, and one bogey to finish five under par for the day and 13 under for the tournament.
"It's an absolute dream come true," Hewson told LET.com. "I tried to keep my expectations down this week.
"I wanted to put in a good effort for the title defence so to come away winning again, I couldn't ask for anymore.
"I've had quite a few top 10s in the last few weeks, so to come in here and get the job done, it's good."
First-round leader Esme Hamilton recovered from her 75 on Friday to card a 68 and finish tied for seventh.
