NOT READY: Tiger Woods has withdrawn from the Genesis Invitational as he is not ready to return to play following the death of his mother Kiltuda.

Tiger Woods has withdrawn from this week's Genesis Invitational tournament at Torrey Pines, saying he is still processing the recent death of his mother, Kultida.

Woods had targeted the event, which he was also set to host, to make his return after undergoing back surgery last year.
