Tom McKibbin and Seamus Power went the right way on moving day but amateur Sean Keeling crashed back to earth as high winds sent scores soaring in the third round of the Amgen Irish Open at Royal County Down.
Southerly winds gusting to 47 kmph for the early starters saw the scoring average shoot up by more than a shot and a half to 74 and McKibbin was one of the first players to take advantage, even after a modest one-under 70.
