Walsh ties for lead in dream start to rookie year on tour

Lauren Walsh had a dream start to her rookie season on the Ladies European Tour after a shooting a four-under 69 to share the lead at the end of the first day of the Magical Kenya Ladies Open.

Dubliner Walsh  had a steady first day in Kenya with birdies on the fourth, seventh, 11th and 18th holes to join Eleanor Givens and Cara Gorlei at the top of the leaderboard at Vipingo Ridge.
