Rory McIlroy begins his latest quest for US Open glory at 12.40pm Irish time on Thursday at Brookline in Massachusetts.

McIlroy, fresh from victory at the Canadian Open on Sunday night, is partnered with Japan's 2021 Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama and Olympic gold medallist Xander Schauffele.
