Evian Championship to move to summer date from 2019

The Evian Championship will move to a summer date from 2019 and form part of a "Europe Swing", the LPGA has announced.

The tournament, one of five major championships in the women's game, will also feature a prize fund of $4.1 million (€3.3 million), making it the second largest on tour behind the $5 million US Women's Open.
